As a chiropractic wellness practioner, Dr. Deborah Davis addresses many aspects of health when treating patients. Chiropractic Care
Dr. Davis is certified in the Activator Method technique of chiropractic adjustments. When using the protocols, or rules, of this method, very specific information is provided by the patient which tells the doctor exactly which joint(s) are restricted. A high speed/low force adjustment is then delivered to increase movement in the joint. The adjustment stimulates the nervous system and helps heal the related tissues (i.e., muscles, blood vessels, etc.). This method of joint correction is safe, comfortable and effective.

Nutritional Counseling
Recommendations about healthy food choices and nutritional supplemenents are made to support your return to optimal health and to help you maintain that improved level of health. Dr. Davis can provide a structured nutritional program based on your individual needs.
Corrective Exercises
Each patient is taught specific exercises to improve strength and flexibility. The exercises are designed to address the specific and unique health needs of each patient. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction by as much as 30-40%. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues may be weakened or strained as a result of improper alignment and use. Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay healthy and in balance.
Lifestyle Advice
The amounts of stress in our lives can have a significant impact on our health and well being. Lifestyle choices, the ways in which we handle challenges or change, and how we perceive events in our world may also affect our health. Dr. Davis talks with patients about activities they might avoid or do differently to lower the risk of aggravating their particular health challenge.
